We worked with him for a total of 4 weeks. 2 weeks of that was totally wasted due to him not particularly wanting to show during late December. Prior to working with us, he was chasing us down by phone every 2-4 weeks "keeping in touch" for over 3 months. We were on his MLS list and got updates regularly. We kept requesting showings but very few were shown...he simply didn't seem very interested. A house we were interested in came back on the market so he showed it to us. He became rather aggressive and pushy. This was a BIG decision for us and ALOT of money. Instead of working with us and making us comfortable, he was more interested in appeasing the seller's agent and getting his commission. We were to spend in excess of $650K on a home and yet be expected to beg for it? That's how he made us feel. Needless to say, we didn't get the home because the bids were well in excess of what we were willing to pay. It turns out that's not good enough for him and he dropped us. When we started working with him, he claimed he'd stick it out with us as this is the process. Apparently he wasn't being truthful with us about that. This behavior is extremely unprofessional.

My wife and I were first time home buyers and went to Tracy on a recommendation from a friend. She treated us like her only clients, was exceptionally patient with our myriad of questions, and took care of any issues promptly and with great professionalism. This agent does not care about my listing. He simply said I do things my way or else. Kind of cocky.

He was SO great with info, pros and cons, how the market worked, what to look for, hidden issues, etc. He let me read EVERY SINGLE document without complaint when I signed my paperwork. Fred helped me get my loan too, and when the bank played some shady pool with us, he actually cut his rate to make sure I got the deal he promised me. Who does that?
