We recently bought a home using Darryl, and it was the easiest oricess ever. Darryl handled every aspect of the transaction, professionally, and was a great source for referals of trade persons for repairs after we closed. I have referred 2 co-workers to him and would use him again.

Avoid any dealings with this guy.

Kahram Zamani charged me $995 after promissing IGS would refi my home. When the loan was denied, we asked for the refund and they played dumb. Fortunately, we disputed the charges with Visa and after several months, IGS refunded the charge back to Visa.

My wife and I had moved from Chicago and we were renting in Hollywood. A friend recommended Dean Harris, an agent in Orange County who had just moved from Utopia Real Estate to Century 21. He listened carefully to our needs and in two weeks we were in escrow in a beautiful home in Pasadena.

I have bought and sold many homes in the past. This guy was the worst agent ever! He needs a big time make over INSIDE and OUT! He has no manner, class, or professionalism that takes to be successful in this industry. Century 21 is hurting its reputation by letting him represent the company. Eric is a type of a person who needs to work all by himself, since he has ZERO social skills. He is rude, unintelligent, arrogant, and is not smart enough to listen to customers' needs. I have two other friends who are interested in buying a house within a couple of months and I will make sure that they won't buy one from this grumpy guy. Of course, I don't need to make sure that because his negative presence itself will drive any pleasant people away.

Classic Napoleon Complex. Very short with people and yells at them constantly. I have no idea how anyone does business with him. It is clear that his wife is the bread winner in the family, because there is no way his attitude encourages people to list with him or use him to buy a home. I have spoken with several agents, and as soon as I mention his name they cringe. I have heard him on the phone with clients and others that he does business with, and it amazes me that this guy is still in business. He must have a Jeckyl and Hyde personality. IF YOU SEE FENCHEL ON A LISTING, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not the type to post any feedback. This is long overdue. Before I decided to pick Arceli as our Realtor, I checked her knowledge and references. She came highly recommended by our associates. Her references highly checked out. I don't see why negative posts below are called for, except for personal false character accusations. She devoted all of time and efforts to find our needs. She explained all terms straight forward without the use of any technical language for us to understand the process of buying our vacation home. We never felt that we were forced into anything. She was a professional expert in representing us. She fully communicated all aspects simply and promptly. Arceli is someone you can trust.
