I worked for Michelle also when I lived in California and she was awful. She is not a team player and very sneaky! I actually ended up quitting b/c I did not want to work for somebody like her. She should be ashamed for the way she treated her employees for example my last week working for she had a leasing contest going on and whoever got more than 10 net leases won an Ipod (when they 1st came out) and I worked so hard and got 12 and she told me she had it in her car but would not give me my prize, that was the last straw and I quit right then and there and Western National lost a great employee. Western National overall was a wonderful company but I would never work for Michelle Arch and I am sure she probally doesn't have a job with them anymore.
Worst Person Ever
Michelle is a slave driver and treats her staff poorly. She runs a business like a sweat shop, breaking you down mentally. Michelle is a "self-preservationist". She would sell you out at the drop of a dime to protect herself. Michelle recently got a taste of her own medicine. Her sweat shop management skills came full circle. Loosing clients and loosing employees was just the start. She finally met her match and her little blame game back fired on her. No good ever came out of Michelle. I can only hope that you learned your lesson Michelle and hope that you never treat people the way you did, along with never to lie again to a client (by the way, your lies are why we lost those accounts - along with having entire teams quit). You have a lot to learn about leadership, motivation and management.
