Shielding my clients from the damage caused by less ethical loan officers and real estate agents.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
During the height of the 100% financing liar loan craze of 2005, my clients were invited to join the sellers at the negotiation table, inside the house, bypassing almost 40 couples lined up around the outside of the house. I called out to the listing agent about the fact that my clients were offering $520,000 cash and we immediately moved from the back of the line to the front. The other buyers were all dismissed and we into escrow.
What is your best characteristic?
I'm a tough negotiator.
Who or what inspires you the most?
The proven concept that almost everyone is best served by owning the property they live in.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Cut your expenses to the bone but never compromise the value you bring to your clients.
