I recently purchased a property from this agent and frankly speaking to deal with this guy was painful. He is very disrespectful and uncouth. He chose his escrow which was probably the worst escrow I have dealt with. She did a lot of mistakes in paperwork. This guy left behind a lot of junk and then hold back the third key as one of his thing was broken by a guest at our house warming party. He then talked us into transferring security system in our name and took a check from us as security deposit. Once we transfered the service he refused to return our money saying that its been settled for the item we broke. Above all he does not have manners. Once the escrow was closed he disconnected electricity without informing us and when we moved in the kitchen floor was all wet by refrigerator water. When we told him he didn't even say sorry. He is very ill mannered guy. Took our money and then threatened us that if you want you can go to small claims court. BEWARE of this guy!!
