I'm not the type to post any feedback. This is long overdue. Before I decided to pick Arceli as our Realtor, I checked her knowledge and references. She came highly recommended by our associates. Her references highly checked out. I don't see why negative posts below are called for, except for personal false character accusations. She devoted all of time and efforts to find our needs. She explained all terms straight forward without the use of any technical language for us to understand the process of buying our vacation home. We never felt that we were forced into anything. She was a professional expert in representing us. She fully communicated all aspects simply and promptly. Arceli is someone you can trust.

She strategized with us on how to make our offer stand out with price AND terms. We were able to get our home on the first offer without any counter offers. She responded to our emails and calls immediately. She has put our needs above a paycheck. We will be using her on our future endeavors.

Does Not Negotiate, Buyer felt pushed to buy the p
Did not negotiate home. She made it seem like she is giving money back tot he buyer however she placed all sorts of garbage fees on the paperwork. She did not give the buyer a fixed rate and at the same time placed the buyer in jeopardy by notarizing the document and using her sister's notary stamp. DO NOT USE!
Unhappy with the transaction
She did not inform me that she forged my signature on the offer paperwork. She made 27000 on the transaaction as my realtor and loan processor. There was very small communication involved.
