Metropolitan Condos bought a home but would not recommend using Eric
for your home
purchase.
Comments: "Eric Fenchel is an extremely rude and unpleasant "professional". He calls himself a realtor with multi-million dollar listings, but he cuts people off mid-sentence, makes you work around his schedule and only his schedule, and does not understand how to treat people the way he wants to be treated. He has several listings throughout Irvine and somehow manages to find clients, but he is simply unpleasant, short-tempered and difficult.
While making the biggest purchase of a lifetime, stay away from Eric Fenchel. Don't use him to represent the sale of your home either because nobody will want to work with him with the demeanor and karma he gives off. Save yourself the headache of an unpleasant experience and find someone else." Read full review |
