Response: "I do not appreciate random complaints when I am a very hard working professional real estate agent, available from 6a.m.-9p.m., who answers my cell phone w/o cherry-picking and responds to any and all inquiries, regardless of the content. Further, I would request that anyone who wishes to contact me so that they may obtain a list of past and current clients of mine to decide for themselves if I am up to their standards. I am extemely sensitive of other people's needs, and I take umbrage in attacks on my professionalism seriously. Very few agents are perfect. But I strive, hopefully, to do the best I can for everybody with whom I come in contact. I would invite you, the reader, to discover for yourself who may work best for and with you. Ours is a people business and most of us want our client's interests' satisfied first."
