We are now experiencing a strong buyers market with almost 10,000 new and resale properties for sale. New contruction has slowed... not stopped. We are still expanding with new people moving into the valley daily. The University campus, communities and commercial complexes have been well planned adding to the diversity and beauty of the valley and providing a strong infastructure.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Educating my clients... areas, communities and amenities that are available to them. Showing my clients the valley and its history and allowing them to decide first hand the best area for them. This is a major decision and usually takes time to fine just the right property.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Staying up to the minute on all of the new developments and changes in our valley. We are no longer just a valley of golf courses and condominums.

My father... Positive and hard working, successful, careing and giving. If he doesn't have the answer he finds it gaining more knowledge along the way... and always sharing the knowledge.

Right here in the Coachella Valley in the winter and Montecitto in the Summer... traveling to Tuscany, the Amalfi Coast, etc. in between.
