Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: Client felt depressed and marriage was in turmoil from potential foreclosure. Client needed to be assured he could find a home after short sale, I listed his short sale after I located a perfect 3 bedroom rental for less than he was paying and close to Downtown Schools for his 12 year old daughter and steps from the Beach, Client started surfing and running again feels great, marriage is back on track about the move and it eased the feeling of disappointed of losing an investment to a market crash.
