Jack Is our Realtor for Life!
Jack helped us buy our first home and we would definately reccommend him to anyone looking for a professional agent they can trust. Don't listen to the "David A." review on here. It sounds to me like Jack was trying to help him get a loan approval before he showed him properties which I think is completely normal. Why would a Realtor waste their time showing properties to people who are not qualified to even buy them?? Jack is a really nice man so I'm sure this "David" is a real jerk! Anyways, call Jack if you are looking for a great Realtor. Jack will be our Realtor for life! Thanks Jack!!
Jack gives new meaning to phrase 'buyer beware'
I replied to an online ad for a condo and received a return call three days later from someone identifying himself as Jack. We set up an appointment for the following morning to view the unit. He insisted on meeting at his office so he could drive me to the location. He called me back later that same day to see if I had received a call from his ****ociate. I had not. He went on to explain that I would need to start the application process with his ****ociate in conjunction with viewing the unit. I told him that I was not comfortable with that. He replied by saying "well, I won't work with you then." He continued to explain in a brash and condescending manner that he worked for the bank and that he would not waste his time showing the unit. I put him on speaker phone for my coworkers to hear and their jaws literally dropped. I've never encountered such an obstinate attitude towards a buyer. After speaking with Jack, I'm not surprised the unit is still on the market.

Jack was very knowledgable and professional. We have already recommeded him to one our close friends who are looking to sell thier condo to move up into a bigger single family home in Huntington Beach.
