My average home sale is around $610,00. I have Million plus sales to many first time home buyers.
Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
There is some new construction, but mostly it is an established area that I work in. Parks, the beach and clean, cool air is what draws my clients.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I appreciate people and enjoy meeting specific needs of clients. I am a picky person myself so I know that people want what they want. I don't just try to push the sale, I make sure that people buy the home that will make them happy for a very long time. Real Esate was a short term investment... I still always try to make it a true investment that will bring long term rewards.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Other agents. As a Realtor we do our best, but other agents can be unethical and dishonest. No matter who is the bad apple it reflects on me, it is my profession and I can only be as good as my counterpart.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I believe each deal is unique, especially in this market. Closing deals takes expertise and skill, I make them deals work and feel success when I pass the keys and the client is thrilled.
What is your best characteristic?
Listening, I can discern what people are looking for quickly. Not wasting my time is important, but even better I don't waste the clients time! I pride myself in closing a deal and having happy clients.
Who or what inspires you the most?
Top Athletes inspire me. Disipline, direction, goals and hard work. Nothing comes easy in any area of life, I work hard and it pays off and my clients seem to notice and appreciate it.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Patience is key. You can't push a deal. Sometimes when all the parties think a little bit things seem to work themselves out.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Italy!!!
