John and I met first about February This year, and here it sold in 24 days! This house was on the market with Re/MAX and Century 21 and neither of the agents could get the job done! John called me the day it went off the market, told me he could get the job done and I must admit the Marketing plan he showed me was the service that Agents are really missing! 1 week later we had a contract and just over three weeks from listing we were moving! Call John if you need to get your house sold and want it done right and without giving the farm away!

John approached me after two other agents tried to sell my house, then I tried it myself. I was hesitant at first, thinking okay what can you do that I or the other agents at C21 can't do... The guy worked his tail off, gave me updates every week by email, answered my every call. And got the job done and closed at full price! Jack helped us buy our first home and we would definately reccommend him to anyone looking for a professional agent they can trust. Don't listen to the "David A." review on here. It sounds to me like Jack was trying to help him get a loan approval before he showed him properties which I think is completely normal. Why would a Realtor waste their time showing properties to people who are not qualified to even buy them?? Jack is a really nice man so I'm sure this "David" is a real jerk! We made an appointment with this listing agent to view some property. My husband and I get off work early and drove separate cars commuting over an hour each to meet with him. We arrive and wait in 90 degree weather for a half hour. He doesn't show up so we call him and he doesn't even bother to pick up the phone. We continue to call him for the next 30 minutes. He never picks up and never calls back. Meanwhile I am 8 months pregnant. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this real estate agent under any circumstances. What a flake.

Neil was amazing to work with. He carefully considered what I was looking for and together with my feedback on properties we visited helped me find the perfect property for my property. We actually purchased a house that wasn't even listed based on his relationships with owners in the neighborhood.
