She never made me feel pressured and even though eventually I decided this was not the right time to move, she seemed more interested in what was best for my life and finances than in her commission. Lou enjoys Real Estate because it gives her satisfaction to help her clients out in ways other realtors don't even think of...Her and her partner, Alex, like to think out of the box!
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The most challenging issue is to tell a client their property is worth less than they think. It is difficult to deliver the news, but Lou and Alex are strong believers in straight forward answers with no sugar coating.

My first offer...it was so exciting. Came home and wworked on it all night so I would be able to fax it first thing in the morning.
What is your best characteristic?
Creative and Hard workding..put it together and you have a wonderful combo where the possibilities are limitless!
Who or what inspires you the most?
A challenge...new ideas..doing it differently...thinking out of the box...ideas that can actually help someone who needs it...finding a solution to a common problem!!

The best advised I have ever received is to try to buy one property a year. That's they way to build your wealth.
