KLAP buy a previous house with Joe M McLean and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
He lost three properties in a row for us, and when we talked to a competent realtor, McLean threatened to sue us. He knows how to read the MLS, and that's about all. I was able to find out more about certain properties online than he ever did. He takes no initiative. He never volunteers to explain anything. One must ask, and then the explanation is straight out of the realtor's handbook. We have decided to suspend our property search until the end of the "contract" just to avoid having to work with Joe McLean. I would avoid Century 21 Showcase all together if I were looking for an agent now.
