My parents were in town, and we met Kevin during an open house. My dad, a realtor in the Seattle-area, struck up a conversation with Kevin, and recommended we work with him. Best decision we made. We were first-time home-buyers with lots of questions. Kevin was very patient. We found a house we liked, and Kevin immediately went out of his way to meet with the seller's agent to get a tour. Ultimately this was the home we decided to buy. Kevin wanted to make sure we felt comfortable with our decision. My wife and I were the buyers and in charge, and he made sure we felt like this. We weren't his only client, but he was always available. If he didn’t pick up the phone, we would receive sms messages or a return call, most of the time within minutes, but always within an hour. When you're dealing with realtors, escrow agents, banks, inspectors, etc., there’s a lot to keep track of. Having your realtor be exceptionally responsive, and helping in an orderly manner, was very comforting to us.

This man is the worst human being to walk the planet. He scams poor people out of money and builds homes that last just long enough for the warrenty to expire. Please do yourself a favor and do not ever buy anything from this man or his wife Christy
