Homes in the Valley range from the high $100,000.00's and up depending on the area and type of home.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoy helping clients realize their real estate goals. Whats more is that I have the experience and tools they need to make an informed decision about investing in our Valley.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Overcoming all of the negative press about real estate. Our county is predicted to double in population over the next few years and so many, because of the press, will miss out on this rare opportunity to invest in our area. Savvy investors are actively purchasing property based on this information and the average home buyer, within a short period of time, will not be able to take advantage of this opportunity to enjoy home ownership and the opportunity to build wealth.

Each and every transaction with a client has it'e own story. Each of them unique in their success. I can truly say that all of my clients have experienced success in their decision to work with me.

Tenacity. I do not give up!

Meeting my clients needs and desires. When I can make a difference in their lives....we both benefit!

Don't be afraid to go out on a limb because it is where the fruit is.
