My husband and i were in the process of buying a house- we had our own real estate agent, but ended up buying the house he was selling. my husband and I started calling him sleezy chuck. there were several things that he said were fixed but then we found out this was not the case. One example- we had agreed that sellers would fix the light in the garage that didn't work- when we did the walk through he assured us the only reason it wasn't working now was because there wasn't a lightbulb- light still doesn't work- And there are some MAJOR electrical issues going on in garage. Was hard to get in touch with him- since he's not a fan of technology. We will never use him in a real estate transaction again.
