- Born in Indio, California, Jackie, grew up in Southern California. Married in Pasadena in 1972 while attending Pasadena College. She is the proud mother of a son and daughter who graduated from Azusa Pacific University. They are both active in wholesale lending at IndyMac Bank. She has spent the past 20+ years in residential real estate serving East San Gabriel Valley and the Inland Empire (Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties). Jackie first assisted her husband when he began his career in 1978. In 1987 they co founded their own office, Southland Properties, in the Glendora Village. They were recognized and awarded for their sales volume and were members of Summit. The Summit is the top 5% of all agents. Jackie attributes her success to marketing systems. As the California market changes she was able to put her experience and systems to work in order to make the most of each situation. This experience has made many grateful clients in each market leading to repeat customers being her major client base. This client base includes individuals and lenders. She has represented many major lending institutions in the sale of their properties.
