Property I lived was not cleaned or maintained. Property has roaches bed bugs & other pests. Beware this property manager he will still your deposit and charge you for phony bills he created at home. He has no office or legal citizen staff for repairs!

he lie to me for over six months,when he had my house to sell,he kept my house on market so that he can present both buyer and seller,he turn down buyers,i took him to board ,him and his broker lost the case,stay away from him and save your family from this two face liar.

STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. This guy will say and do anything to get you to buy from him. After asking for a property profile numerous times and not getting one for a house that I opened escrow on, I was forced to get one myself. Come to find out that there were many discrepancies with the beautifully printed BS brochure. After calling him on the fact that there was over 500 SQFT unaccounted for he proceeded to try and move me to buy a different property. Save your time, money and piece of mind and when you see the stupid looking cartoon just move on to the next property. You will thank me for it.
