Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: I really get excited about Commercial Real Estate - I get emotional with Residential Real Estate, just like the clients.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: Other agents/brokers acting unprofessionally and the lack of knowledgeable agents.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: Selling my neighbors home (closed escrow last week). I gave them superior service, working from home for a month while my new office was set up, but the wife became convinced that it was never enough! Boy, are they HAPPY now!!!
What is your best characteristic?: Calm and even headed.
Who or what inspires you the most?: Nice people that appreciate the different perspectives that come with dealing with other people.
What is the best advice you ever received?: At age 17, an older neighbor insisted that I need to just be kid because I would end up working forever... after I turned 18.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: Winter home right here in Toluca Lake, CA - summer home in Michigan's Upper Peninsula!
