OUTSTANDING!

Gary help me with everything on the purchase of my home. His knowledge was incredible. He also has a very vast amount of knowledge about financing, which came in extremely handy when I bought, as I had not sold my other home at that point. His knowledge of the contract was superb, as he kept the other agent in line, when needed, and I am very satisfied with his performance as an agent. And yes, we finally did sell my other house with Gary's help as well. His wife, Nancy, who is also a Broker really helped with a lot of insightful hints.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: People in this business who do not return phone calls.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: Helped a high school friend of mine (from many years ago) buy his first house, which has doubled in price in the last 5 years. He was very, very nervous...Now, he has a sense of wealth.
What is your best characteristic?: Sharing knowledge with other Brokers to improve all of our business, and stand united against the franchises of real estate which are destroying the profession.
Who or what inspires you the most?: Maya Angelou's quote: "To know better, is to do better"
What is the best advice you ever received?: An old boss I worked for who used to occasssionally consult with then President Reagan told me that "Don't chase money--if one has the talent and loves what they do, the money will follow."
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: In Eagle Ridge, or the Sierra foothills, or both--splitting my time between golf and the beauty of the mountains.
