I could not have asked or hoped for a more competent and courteous realtor. We were very difficult customers, and he not only persevered through our ignorance but did so with a smile! His knowledge is second-to-none and if/when I buy another house, he will be at the top of my rolodex. There is none better than Ruban Baldavid.

The agent continually lied to me about the market in order to try to get me to move faster on a home purchase. He kept referring me to his contacts within the banking community despite my already having a bank I was happy with. He didn't listen to what I wanted and tried to control the process from the beginning. When I stopped using him, he reacted like a baby and threw a tantrum, insulting me for five minutes. Avoid this agent at all costs!!! Completely unprofessional!!!

We had been searching for a year and half and had been quite disappointed with realtors. She stepped in when we were ready and found us not only the best home for our needs but had our loan done in no time. She overlooked the construction crew to renovate and finish and handed us the keys personally to a home that looked like a model for an incredible price. She knows her business. If you want an incredible agent - its her, she has her own repair crew too.

THis agent while he was living in FL, borrowed and refused to pay back a $10,000 load to purchase his primary residence. Sold the property and moved to CA where he an agent in Fremont, CA. He was unable to qualify for a FHA load until illegally borrowed enough cash to qualify not allowed under FHA rules, terribly dishonest person.

I strongly suspect Mena Rico leaked our bid information on 35590 Cabral, Fremont, CA. We bid significantly higher than the highest bid, and somehow, someone barely overbid... She was unfriendly at the open house, not responsive as a seller's agent. I would not recommend anyone place a bid on a house she represents.

Jo sold us our first home in Irvington in 1977 and sold it for us in 1986. She then found us our next home, also in Fremont, which we lived in for 23 years - we are now retired and she sold our Warm Springs home in 5 days. If our retirement home were in her area - she would have been our realtor up here. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is professional, courteous and just downright friendly.

Please avoid him if you can!

This guy is the worst - first he gives us no service, then tries to scuttle the deal, then after the deal is sealed he refuses to pay us the rebate he agreed to. This guy is a common thief and I wonder how he is still is operating. If anyone else has a complaint against him, please let me know.

Asked the buyer for cashiers check for honest money. Promised to get back to the buy in 2 days. Did not reply to inquiries from buyer's agent for a week. When finally reached, declared:"Oh, didn't I call you?" with no apology for the interest the buyer lost on the honest money during his non-response period.
