Mike buy a previous house with Charles Seijo and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
THis agent while he was living in FL, borrowed and refused to pay back a $10,000 load to purchase his primary residence. Sold the property and moved to CA where he an agent in Fremont, CA. He was unable to qualify for a FHA load until illegally borrowed enough cash to qualify not allowed under FHA rules, terribly dishonest person.
