- I have the opportunity to meet first time home buyer where I can see the twinkling dreams about their future in their eyes. I meet sellers where they want to move in a bigger and better place and see all those dreams coming true for them. I love my job!!!
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Well in the light of darn recession; getting my buyers financing can be mind blowing. Hope this situation gets better.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- In my latest closing; I was representing the buyer. It was a short sale and took 4 months to approve. (Ya Bank of America off course).Short sale approval came but the loan was denied. BUT the same buyer decided to buy the house on all cash. I closed the transaction in 5 days. Yay!!!
- What is your best characteristic?
- You know what they say, "Patience is virtue". Well that's all I got in me with a great sense of humor off course.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- I envy my area's seasoned agents and try to learn from them each time I interact with them.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Never say never. Really. Advised by my husband Rizwan.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Somewhere far far away without internet and TV.
