FrustratedBuyer buy a previous house with Paul Padgett and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
This guy is the worst - first he gives us no service, then tries to scuttle the deal, then after the deal is sealed he refuses to pay us the rebate he agreed to. This guy is a common thief and I wonder how he is still is operating. If anyone else has a complaint against him, please let me know.
