Beware! cross your t's and dot your i's Do a thourough examination of property and warranties. alot of homes A and A build or buy then sell have hidden problems and they will not remedy after sale. Make sure a experienced inspector has done a complete inspection of the inside as well as outside properties. I work for them and I do not have a contractors license nor do the builders they employ.
