EW buy a previous house with Lan Zhang and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
She acquired my email address through purchasing a list, I believe, as I never opted into receiving her regular and annoying email blasts. I have asked her twice in the last 4 years to stop emailing me and she does not stop. Her inattention to spam laws and basic customer service is appalling.
