One of muy favorite stories was sevaral years ago when I was home with my son at my families, place in Burns, Oregon; where i was raised. My brother in law is in real estate there and had invited some out of town clients over for dinner- they were in town looking at hay and cattle ranches. We had barbequed fresh trout we'd caught that day and were outside eating when they pulled up. Come to find out, they were from Wilton and had a horse place there they needed to sell in order to move!
The next week, we were home, I took their listing and sold it quickly for full price- Now they are Eastern Oregonian hay and horse ranchers and are my families neighbors!
