Stacy Bowers was the most prepared, knowledgeable, ambitious, and professional that I met. It was an easy decision hiring her. The house sold quickly and for a good price. The sale was not without its challenges however as we were dealing with very diffult buyers during the holidays. Stacy showed a great deal of tact and patience dealing with the demanding couple and their agent. She even went so far as to pay out of her pocket for a hotel for a few days after their house was sold before my house was vacant. She went above and beyond. I have bought and sold a few houses since then but have never worked with a better agent.
