My family has rented from this person for almost 12 years. Over this time we have put up with everything from toilet water leaking out of the kitchen light fixtures to no lights in stairwells or public areas. When a door fell off its hinges on 9/11/2008 and hit my son in the head I called her and angrily demanded she fix this, and numerous other matters we have been asking for for years.She responded with two angry phone calls the next day, and on the nest I received a month-old AC service bill with an angrily scrawled message on it demanding payment.The following Tuesday her fix it guy Kevin came out and claimed our dog bit him though my wife, nor the dogcather ever saw the injury.Today I was served with a 60 day eviction notice.Ms. Gray's properties on Firebaugh, Kaweah, and Vine Streets are rife with repair issues and are eyesores to the community. We haven't moved sooner becasue of the numerous fraudulent negative reports she has placed in our file. I'm not sure where we'll go.
