"Charlotte Laws helped me with my home purchase two years ago. She looked at dozens of homes in advance, then showed me the top choices. I loved a certain white house. Because the price was so low, there were four other offers on the house. Charlotte put together a beautiful color packet for the seller and pushed hard so my offer would be chosen. It was! I was so pleased. I still love my home and even though values have fallen throughout the country, my house is still worth more than I paid. I highly recommend Charlotte Laws!"

1987
How many years have you been in Real Estate?
I have been a Realtor for over 20 years.
What is the average home price in your market?
The homes and condos in my area typically sell between $200,000 - $3,000,000. I also sell land and a
Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley is a highly desirable place to live, so we continue to see an influx of new home buyers into the area. We have year-round sunshine, the entertainment industry, healthy food, excellent universities and a multitude of cultural activities.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoy helping people build wealth. California real estate is a smart investment. I am a competitive, goal-oriented person who enjoys getting sellers top dollar and getting hot deals for buyers.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The market is always changing, so I suppose this would be the greatest challenge. But it also keeps things interesting.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I helped a renter buy a five bedroom tennis court estate. Because she had very little income, she rented rooms to cover the mortgage payment. After five years, she sold it for a one million dollar profit. She literally went from rags to riches.
What is your best characteristic?
I am a driven, hard-worker with integrity. It makes me feel good to help people.
Who or what inspires you the most?
I am most inspired by working to make the world better. I feel I can do this best through helping animals. I am the founder and president of two nonprofit organizations: the League For Earth and Animal Protection and the Los Angeles Directors of Animal Welfare.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Persevere. I gave this advice to myself years ago, and so far it has worked.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I would stay where I am. I moved to Southern California because I don't like to travel. I wanted to live in a place that was a vacation every day.
