He kept us informed, fully protected our interests throughout the entire transaction, & helped us better understand the process of all that goes on contractually (& otherwise). Now we are in the midst of purchasing a house w/ Lorin. He stops at nothing to share our options & took us to property after property & has remained patient. Horrible experience. We felt very mislead. He was our agent but yet felt as he was on the sellers team. Allowed the sellers to walk all over us. Upon his advice we released contingencies before having the termite report which he never ordered and cost us more money. We had to ask for the property ID report and we had the CLUE report we had to ask our insurance agent for after the fact because he did not get it for us. He never followed up with escrow and lied to us saying that the seller signed when indeed she did not and actually signed after the contract CLOSED. I felt like I was the agent because Lorin DID NOT DO HIS JOB! I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL!!

I submitted an offer on a home in Sacramento. The offer was accepted. From the beginning he refused to cooperate with our agent in regards the repairs the seller agreed to. After the 17 days he told us that we no had an agreement and that he would keep the $10,000.00 the seller had requested as good faith money. I had to consult an attorney at my own expense because he refused to acknowledge the contract. He refused to accept that there might be a mold infestation. He would not return calls to my agent. Finally, I called Michael Lyon who said he would have Lorin call us back. I thought our escrow would close in 25-31 days, and instead it continued for 61 days. He was inconsiderate and lax in his business practices. My closing documents languished at the title company for 1 week while we waited for the seller to go in and sign. When I asked the title officer what was delaying the process, she said that he was busy and that the seller would come in when it convenient for Lorin.

Lorin was fabulous through the not-so-fun process of a short sale.

Lorin was so patient and helpful. He made buying our first home so easy.

Linda has your best interests in mind. She works hard for you as a seller and as a buyer (we used her for both). She is honest. I trust her and use her for all real estate dealings.
