- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Part of my job is to educate my client, whether Buyer or Seller on the process. Some clients take longer than others to feel comfortable with making a decision. It's my job to ensure that they feel they have the knowledge, and I have the skills and abilities to make the process successful.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- We had a client whose lender was unable to perform in time and they had to let go of their dream home to the cash buyer standing in the wings. We kept in touch with the listing agent, and when the cash buyer couldn't perform, we were able to get the buyer back in first position and they closed on their home.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I am the nurturing side of our husband & wife team. I keep the relationships going with good communication: notes, calls, e-mails, chocolate chip cookies and white chocolate popcorn.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My mom inspires me. You never know how you'll react in a situation until you're in the middle of it. She has shown me that she is stronger than she even she thought she was.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- A quote by Randy Pausch: "Go for the risk. It's better to fail spectacularly then to pass along and do something which is mediocre."
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I would live where I do right now: near family and friends, and new friends I haven't met yet.
