I am neither a buyer or seller. I am a contractor. Maria contacted me to do a sewer video inspection. I sent my crew over to do the inspection. I delivered the inspection tape to the sewer agency so that they could view and generate a report. I provided her fax number so that she would receive this report in a timely way. I sent her a bill for services as agreed and she has NEVER paid for this. It was a small bill (around $100) but it's just the priciple of the matter. I deal with lots of agents in our work and have never had this problem. Not a good way to do business
