Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I would have to say one of the most satisfying days as an REO Broker was the day I convinced the bank to go with an FHA buyer over a cash buyer with a higher cash price. I could tell the buyer was serious (not my client by the way) since he had put in several offers for this same property and been rejected over a cash buyers before. He raised his price to the max he could afford and the bank chose him due to a letter I wrote to the asset manager.
