DB buy a previous house with John Anderson and would recommend them to other home buyers.
John (JWA) recently bought a foreclosure next to my house. The property looked horrible; it was an eye sore of the block. The previous owner did not take care of the place for 3 years. Since John has bought the property he has done amazing job inside and outside fixing it up. Now, it looks better than some of the homes in the neighborhood that people actually own. It is a great house and as a home owner I’m so glad he took on this property. Thanks

I am in contract with John on a home in El DOrado Hills Ca. He has been nothing but upfront and straight forward on all our interactions up to this point. I am suprised to see any negative response on him. It could be possible the individual leaving a negative response just does not understand the ups and downs of real estate in a very volatile enviornement. I have been outbidded myself on offers with others that were all cash, and even lower than my bid but the bank wanted the all cash instead of my higher bid. The market is not John's decision, but his day to day dealings are, and at this point I have nothing but positive things to say about John and the home he is selling. I will follow up with my thoughts as I complete my transaction and let those interested know how business with John was for me and my family.

I am sad to see the negative comments left about John Anderson on this site. I have known John, his wife, and watched their children grow up over the past 20 years. I started and ran my local business for 25 years selling many millions of dollars of new and used machinery. Over the course of time there was the occasional person that I could not please no matter how hard I tried...and I tried hard with every one. There were other times that miscommunication was the problem and once the issue was revealed and talked through, and emotions cooled, sensibility would prevail. I have seen John exhibit the same kind of effort to take care of his customers and his employees. If you really want to know what kind of character John has talk to his employees. They say if you want to know about a man talk to his wife or children and if you want to know about a businessman talk to his employees. I have hired some of his employees to help me with concrete and construction around my home and they speak very highly of him and have worked for him for many years. Lastly I can say I have done 9 real estate transactions with John and doing business with him has been a pleasure. He has always been straight up and done exactly what he said he would do. I prefer doing business with people that do what is good and right not just what is legal or illegal. John will go the extra mile to do what is right even if he is not legally bound to do so. One of John's greatest strengths is he wants to please everyone and sometimes it is simply impossible to accomplish especially when two parties want the same property. Someone will be pleased and someone will be disappointed. Once again I'm sad the disappointed person has chosen to try to distort and destroy a good man's reputation

I have been buying and selling homes with John for nearly a decade. In fact we have completed nearly 25 deals. In fact with all of these homes I had a vested interest in as an owner. John is a good Christian man and is as solid as they come. I've entrusted him with a lot of money. He is a very honest guy. I would recommend him if you're looking for a home or need an agent to sell your property. Can't wait to do another deal with the man.....in fact we're closing one in a few days!!! I guess that will make number 26! Sounds like a great track record to me.

John Anderson showed us a house he owned and represented. He told us it fell out of escrow with a buyer because the lender denied the loan because of a prior foreclosure and possible buy and bail. He agreed to be our agent and we agreed on a sale price. He said he would write the contract representing us. He failed to call us back or take our calls for over a week. He then said the prior party got a new lender an he was giving them another chance. He gave us false expectations an lied to us 5 times, giving us bogus deadlines that he never followed through with. He is a liar, unethical and shouldn't be practicing real estate.

I would like to respond to this review which I do not know this person and checked to see if he in fact is an agent. If he is he is not registered on MLS. The only property that he could be referring to is a property I purchased at a Foreclosure sale, which I listed and did some repairs. The deed was never mailed to me, instead I received my check back from the trustee who handeled the sale and the sale was terminated so I had to take the listing off MLS. I at that time had 2 offers and phone calls still coming in about the property. This guy will lie, to get a sale. I put an offer in on a house he was listing, and he lied and said he had a cash offer, and a full price offer. Next thing I know its de-listed. I refuse to do anything done by JWA real estate. Best of luck buddy...hope this helps
