Ariel Vera charged me upfront fees for a so called loan modification. Him and his assistant Alejandra Gallardo promised a reduction of 30% of the principal plus getting a fix rate. They never did anything on my case, they didn't even called the bank, they gave me fraudulent Citimortgage documents. He never gave me the money back, he has been moving agencies from Coldwell banker, to Century 21, to some other consulting company. Ariel Vera shouldn't be allowed to have a license!

Well, Mariano took his time and showed me an endless number of homes. He would first preview them himself and if it was something that was close to what I was looking for, then he would take us to see it. He actually talked me out of placing four bids on four homes. This was a real long process for us and we were actually just trying to get this process done with. We actually put 17 different bids and it would of been 21 if he hadnt talked us out of those other four. My wifed was suspicious about those he talked us out of, thinking he may be wanting to show them to other buyers. So I asked him and he said, that he just wanted to make sure that we were happy with our home. And he started to ask me about where was this and where was that that I had been looking for in my home. Well, too make a long story short, we finally got a great home and he was the best!!!!

He carefully walked me through the wholle process and showed so much patience and understanding. I am glad I had such a gentleman assist me in buying my first home. I almost gave up when my credit rating showed fraud. But he put me in contact with people that knew how to help with those issues. THANK YOU CHRIS! you were a god send
