- The constant barrage of issues that come up both at the State and Federal level that infringe upon our client's rights as homeowners and our ability to conduct our business and remain at the center of the transaction
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- One client I'll never forget was a single mom who had little hope of being able to purchase a little home for her and her little boy. The day we closed escrow and I was able to give her the keys to her new home, she sat there across from my desk and cried and so did I. This is what makes this job so rewarding.

- I don't know how to take no for an answer, you show me why I can't and I'll show you how I will.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- ALEX, my wife, my partner, my friend, my confidant, my reason for being.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Get educated so that you can do a proper job for your client's.
