Renee West handled the sale of our condominium at Channel Reef in Corona Del Mar this year. I am writing this because she deserves the world to know what great service she gave us. In these difficult times Renee never made excuses about how long things were taking or how few offers we received. She buckled down and spent her time and energy on things that mattered -like open houses and marketing our property. She advertised very creatively in publications that targeted specific markets that she thought our property would suit. This agent was great. I would definitely use him again. And I refer him to all my friends and family. He was very responsive to all my needs. He was always there when I needed him. He was very easy to get a hold of when I needed. I always felt he was taking care of me and he made me feel like I was his only client, and he also made me feel like I could trust him.

Greg took the guess work out of everything when i bought my condo. We had a super smooth escrow & even had $500 refunded to me after escrow closed to help me with the little odd's and end's you have to pay for when you move!
