Stay away is the best thing you can do

I purchased a home from Alex Tse. He was non-responsive, condescending, and not true to his word. His MLS listing cited items which were not ultimately included in the deal. In his seller disclosure he cited scratches all over the house but clearly hadn't really spent any time looking at the house- it was pure CYA. He committed to have the sellers help with a walk-through and to provide documentation related to repairs but was not true to his word. Stay away from Alex Tse. If you want a go-through-the-motions agent who just wants to get the deal done without any attention to the details, he is your guy.
