My wife and I recently moved from home Readinger manages. We were shocked when, after 21 days of moving, we learned he withheld $1200 of our $5000 deposit due to cleaning - windows, carpet, and overall cleaning. We had the home (carpets too) professionally cleaned. The windows were not cleaned when we moved in so we didn't have them professionally cleaned. As a side note, a neighbor, with the same model home, pays $130 for window cleaning while Readinger charged us $340. I would not rent a home from Readinger Real Estate.
