- I love to see how my clients feel when they move into their new home and also how their financial position and their outlook change as their homes appreciate in value

- Most clients are unwilling to make compromises in the beginning and they lose out on houses that may have been good buys and then it is sometimes too late when they realize what they can get for their price point.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I work with a lot of investors and I have one investor who has worked with me for 15 years. He started with one condo that he bought for $150,000 and now owns property worth over $2,500,000 without adding any more money by just using the equity that they built on the homes.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I do a lot of research and I know the markets very well. I also work hard for my clients as I don't take on more than two clients at a time.

- My Parents. Their values through thick and thin have been incredible.
