Jennifer Coutinho is an unethical and rude agent. My husband put $2500 deposit into the Metro City Escrow which was selected by Jennifer. On the date of inspection, my husband decided to cancel the offer and was told by Jennifer that he would get our deposit back if he cancels that day which he did. The money was in the escrow for only a week. But now the escrow wants to charge $250 cancellation which was never disclosed to us before we put the deposit into escrow. Now we have to file complaint with Real Estate Commision, FTC and Attorney General. What a hassle! Avoid Jennifer Coutinho and Metro City Escrow like a plague.

I used Arrieta's escrow serviced when I sold my house, and she failed to give me $3000.00 due me after the sale. She said she gave the money to someone else (she can't recall who) by mistake, and I had to sue her (and won). She still hasn't paid me three years after the sale. She is not someone you want to trust with your money. She made other "mistakes" also on the transaction, so beware. She is either incompetent, or dishonest. Learn from my experience, or go ahead and use her service.
