I highly recommend Anastasia & Michael Howard. They sold me a Bank owned property in Rancho and I was very impressed with them. I had a buyer’s agent who didn't understand how to buy a repo and they helped her through it. I contacted them directly after to use them on an investment.

Anastasia Howard was the listing agent on the bank-owned Corona home that we purchased. She presented false information on MLS by stating that the homeowner association fee was "$0", which would indicate the home was not part of a homeowner's association. The home WAS part of a homeowner's association, and there WAS a monthly fee (and has been for 20 years). We did not learn this until after we had signed all papers. In addition, other real estate agents continued to bring clients to view the home AFTER we had signed all paperwork. They stated they were told that the house was available (as the listing agent, Ms. Howard would be the only one who could have told them this). In addition, she did not provide keys or the garage door opener upon final paperwork. I do not recommend doing business with Ms. Howard.

I just wanted to say that my experience with Georgio was very pleasant. He found us a home we can afford and was very patience with us. We were picky and had to make severaal offers to get one accepted, but he was always there for us. Great service, good attitude and a very positive person. We will be using you again and referring you family and friends.
