San Diego in general is a buyers market as the rest of the country. However, due to high demand for homes in the 250-350k price range there tend to be competing buyers for the well priced properties.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Working in real estate offers me the advantage of helping people get into the best situation while getting to know new people and becoming a part of their lives. I make lifelong friends one house at a time.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Working with buyers can tend to be difficult when they want something they cannot afford. It is hard for me to assert the situation in order to not waste either of our time. If I could I would give everyone what they want, but then what fun would the search be.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I once worked with a client for over a year. She was dead set that she was never getting married wanted to buy a place on her own even though it was a long shot. Throughout our time together I saw her fall in love, get married, and move into a perfect home with a pool and large yard in a great area. It was not strictly a real estate success but I saw the happiness grow in her and that was worth any amount of time spent.

Wise man once said... never pay full price for late pizza.
