My wife and relocated here to SD and rented a townhome from Jason, other than some cleaning issues the place was real nice. After being there for about 2 1/2 months we get a notice that the owner is being foreclosed on and we as the tenants have to move asap. We had a 6 month lease which became void due to the bank siezure. Jason misrepresented himself and lied to us, we had no way of knowing anything about a forclosure. His attitude was not of regret or even being sorry for putting us in this situation, he was very arrogant and careless and rude. I would not recommend using Jason or his father Bernie or even Executive Realty for allowing such behavior from their agents. What Jason and his company did to us was very ILLEGAL and VERY UNETHICAL. The California Board of Realtors will be notified and complaints with the courts will follow. By the way-The owner of the property was Jason himself. Please BEWARE of these people and company.
