In the last 9 months, the prices in the San Diego area have been declining. They have gone down from 10-20% from last year depending on the area.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love being able to fulfill the "American Dream". To be able to hand the keys to my buyers or the check to my sellers (in a manner of speaking).
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Convincing the buyers in this market that it is a great time to buy now and not wait for the interest rate to go up in hopes of the prices to decline further.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I specialize with First Time buyer and everyone of them is a success story because most thinks they can not afford to buy. However, once we close escrow, I often get invited to their family functions as a means of showing their appreciation.
What is your best characteristic?
The ability to truly listen to the client and react to their needs everytime.
Who or what inspires you the most?
I'm blessed to work in an office of Top producers and inspiration is never far away.
What is the best advice you ever received?
"That people generally like to speak about themselves, so let them talk". I've followed the advice and it has served me well in my dealings with clients.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
San Diego!!! It's where I always wanted to be because it's beautiful, the weather is perfect year round and the people are wonderful for the most part.
