Yes, there are many involving foreclosures , short sales and more which leads to many opportunities for homebuyers.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
As a homeowner in the Chula Vista Otay Ranch area...I truly understand the need for stability in my community and for my family , everyone wants to call the house they live in "home" and I love to see the look on my clients faces when I hand them the keys and know that I was instrumental in helping their dream come true.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
When I was a lender for many years, I saw a need for REALTORS to better educate their buyers in the home buying process. I believe I can make a differance when I work with my clients with the largest investment of their lives.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I had a client that owned more money the his home was worth, we were not sure we could get his short sale through because of his high income, but I was able to get it completed save my client from a foreclosure,he was very happy.

What is your best characteristic?
My customers needs are always above my own, everytime.

Who or what inspires you the most?
My community has faced many many foreclosures. What inspires me the most is bringing new homeowners to my area and in San Diego and helping guide them in their mortgage choices as well...This..helps to bring more stability to my community as well as San Diego..thats my inspiration..but I am always aware that for every house I sell there is typically someone losing their home.

What is the best advice you ever received?
When buying a home, listen to logic first. Always look at the numbers first before signing on the dotted line...I help my clients do that.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
