I know you stopped whatever you were doing and spent free time with us. Thank you, and I will always remember you, and your willingness to help us. You gave me the inspiration I needed at that point to continue pushing with the bank for an affordable loan modification. I blew there phone up daily after the visit with you, and I know your office called them as well. On August 4, 2009 I talked to an Agent at the bank who with the aid of her supervisor approve the modification. On my birthday I received the paper work from the bank confirming the agreement. Again Thank you and I sincerely hope this does not end any contact with you, and please know if me or anyone I know ever have any need for a Realtor you will be the one of choice.

I cant believe this woman still has a license, wont take long til they take it away. She ripped me off when she was employed at Century 21 Embassador all I have to say is that if you ever see this woman Run as fastest you can. I do not recommend using her, use anyone but her. Sorry for the last review, I am not that great at this. I have read these reviews and feel that I must now respond. I must explain that the negative remarks are being made by a disgruntled ex-agent that was fired from my office and the other negative remarks are being made by my ex-landlord’s girlfriend. I have never sold a house to Sheila Barger nor have I ever had an encounter with a client named Michelle. We are being accused of being an office that is, as they put it, “Slimest”. Let me give you the facts of my office and myself. We have assisted many, many home owners with successful loan modification and have never charged anyone. Most companies are charging anywhere from $2995 to over $15000 and never accomplish anything. Also, my office has just closed two escrows and I have paid out of my pocket close to $1000 helping the buyers with some of their costs. Our office is an office of agents that go out of their way to help their buyers fulfill their dream of home ownership the correct way and we pride ourselves helping our sellers figure out what is best for them and help them accomplish it. Krista, along with all of the agents in our office, are nothing but professional. One of our office procedures states that there will be no foul language used in office. As for myself, I was one of 10 agents in Southern California selected to participate in a pilot program orchestrated by the Obama administration to work with Fannie Mae to help home owners stay in their home. I am also on the Board of Directors for the Board of Realtors and will be Vice-President for 2010. I am also on the Ethics committee, the Housing Committee and the Education Committee. The name of our company is MY Realty because when our agent says “MY Realty” they are right it is their realty, I cannot do it without them and when our clients say “MY Realty” they are right it is their realty and we cannot do it without them. To the public that reads this! I have had a bad experience with Ms Dowland. She listed my house and I had asked for feedback, she never called me or followed up. Reading her past fake reviews here, Ms Leah Anderson is not a licensed Agent. If in the future you ever buy house, my recommendation is that you first go to the department of real estate to see if they are an agent. Beware, there are alot of scams out there and MY REALTY is one of them!!!! It seems as the daughter is really trying hard to make Ms Dowland look good after filing a false bankruptcy, I would worry!

I was very upset to see that some people would have the nerve to write bad things about Yvonne. She sold us a house in 2007. What a wonderful lady and office! Not only did she make the transaction go smoothly but she also kept all our loan fees down to a minimum. I know because I am now an agent! Everytime I walked into her office, I was greeted by her daughter who always had a smile on her face and was very accomodating both to me and my two children. Anyone who has bought a house knows how boring it can be for children. If it wasnt for the "kid friendly office" and the extra time spent with my kids by her daughter, my kids wouldve never wanted to go back. Instead, they looked forward to it! I would definately recommend Yvonne and this office!

This office is the most unprofessional office I have ever encountered, I walked in and found out that the front receptionist is her Daughter and has the mouth of a sailor I might add. When you get to the broker she wears clothes that a 20yr old should be wearing not a 60yr woman (they barely fit) the real reason why I left is that their are outrageous fees they like to charge the buyers additional fees which I thought were unfair and other offices do not charge these fees I have verified this, I saw this on my contract and didnt like it, My agent was nice but unfortunately I stopped returning his calls because of his affiliation with My realty, I also learned that this office filled bankrupcy and has now open a diffrent office under a diffrent names, this to me is bad business if you ask me. I decided to go with a diffrent office down the street. Please be very careful about this office unless you enjoy being overcharged.

In reference to Krista Marvin purchasing a home from her is false. Krista Marvin is the daughter of Yvonne Dowland...lol. Krista Marvin would say good things about her mother!!! Never trust a woman who would have her daughter write false information to try to make her look good!!!! Yvonne Dowland is a crook and likes to overcharge her buyers!!! Buyers beware!!!

Wow! I can not believe anyone would post a comment regarding her not being a great agent. To all of you prospective buyers: you would be lucky to get such a wonderful not only agent but person. Yvonne not only goes out of her way to treat you with respect and honesty but her knowledge of the real estate world is unlimited! This message was actually posted by a woman who has a personal grudge against her. She has NEVER bought or sold a home through MY Realty or Yvonne. In my opinion, anyone who places comments online without any proof to back it up, is someone i would NEVER believe and someone who is a spineless, disgusting excuse for a human being. Yvonne had her business in our mall. After working with her, she still abandons the location and opens up down the street. She lead us on for months while reducing her cost only to find out she move out one evening without any notice leaving us with bills and court costs. The collection agency said she is filing Chapter 7 but have not seen proof. Is this a person you want to trust in your sale/buy of house?
